Neelima Premnarayen is the founder of Anushkaa Foundation for Eliminating Clubfoot, a non-profit working to ensure that no child in India grows up disabled as a result of being born with clubfoot.
Being herself, the mother of a child born with clubfoot she learnt that with the right medical treatment and perseverance clubfoot is treatable. She also saw how fortunate her son Kunal was as the Premnarayen family could afford his treatment.
Neelima feels very strongly about this social issue as she discovered that approximately 33000 children are born with clubfoot in India per annum out of which 85% don’t have access to the right medical treatment and are unable to afford it.
Having personal attachment to the cause she is determined to change the trajectory of a child’s life born with clubfoot by working towards filling the gaps in awareness, treatment and providing full financial support.
Apart from this, she is also on the board of Premnarayen Education Trust which helps underprivileged children receive access to education and a Board member of ICS Group, which has diverse interests that include retail real estate, design and parking.
Deepak Premnarayen is the Co-founder of Anushkaa Foundation for Eliminating Clubfoot, a non-profit working to ensure that no child in India grows up disabled as a result of being born with clubfoot.
Both, Neelima Premnarayen and Deepak Premnarayen, being themselves, parents of child born with clubfoot, learnt that with the right medical treatment and perseverance clubfoot is treatable. Hence, along with Neelima, he founded Anushkaa Foundation for Eliminating Clubfoot with the goal of changing a child’s life.
Apart from this, he is on the board of the Premnarayen Educational Trust which supports children have easy access to education.
He is also the Executive Chairman and Founder of ICS Group which has diverse interests that include retail real estate, design and parking. The Group is headquartered in Mumbai with offices in Delhi, Bangalore, Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Chairman of United Nations’ Women – Business Sector Advisory Council in India which focuses on best practices in Women Empowerment Principles (WEP) and Gender Equality.

In June 2014, Mr. Premnarayen was conferred the 'Indian Business Leader of the Year' award by ‘Horasis Global India Business Meet’ at Liverpool, UK.
A keen golfer, Mr. Premnarayen is also an avid sportsman and a yoga enthusiast.
Kunal Premnarayen is the promoter and CEO of ICS Group.
As the CEO, Kunal works closely across businesses and is focused on providing strategic direction to grow and evolve each of the business. Through his extensive institutional relationships, he plays a critical role in identifying opportunities around the real estate sector. He has been instrumental in creating a portfolio of India centric companies by partnering with international domain leaders. Kunal has built a core leadership team around him that drives the long-term strategies for each of the businesses and continues to enhance the groups asset management capabilities on the back of the current operating businesses.
Kunal was a member of the CII-Real Estate National Committee and CII India-Africa Committee. He is a member of ‘Entrepreneurs Organization’ a global networking platform exclusively for entrepreneurs. He is on the global board of Miraclefeet, an NGO working towards eradicating the congenital disability.
Kunal graduated from Wake Forest University (USA) majoring in communications with a minor in international studies. Kunal has done management courses from IIM Ahmedabad and University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. An avid sportsperson, Kunal was ranked among the top 5 junior tennis players in India.
Former Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Novartis India Limited, is a veteran in the healthcare industry who has served as the Managing Director and Country President of Novartis India Limited for 15 years. He has managed diverse boards, teams and organisations to drive strategic growth plans and delivered strong and successful business outcomes within complex environments. Very strong in advocacy and influencing policy changes.
Mr Shahani is President Emeritus of Organisation of Pharmaceuticals Producers of India (OPPI), President Emeritus, Swiss Indian Chamber of Commerce and has promoted strong ties between Switzerland and India. He is also Past President of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and was on the Council of the International Federation of Pharmaceuticals Manufacturers Associations (IFPMA, Geneva). He is a thought leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry and has been actively involved in advocating for a strong Product Patent law in the country and Data Protection and liberalization of the price control mechanism for Pharmaceuticals. He has also strongly canvassed for deterrent legislation against counterfeit drugs and liberalisation of FDI in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Mr Shahani is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and holds the following positions currently:-

Mr. Munjee began his career in 1977 as one of the first employees of HDFC, India’s first housing finance company, where for over two decades, he rose to be an Executive Director on its board with wide responsibilities. Then in 1997, upon the request of the Finance Minister of India to set up an infrastructure finance company, Mr. Munjee was instrumental in establishing Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited (“IDFC”). Mr. Munjee is presently a director on the boards of other public companies in India, viz. Cummins India Limited, Ambuja Cements Limited, The Indian Hotels Company Limited and Tata Motor Finance Limited (Chairman). He is also the Chairman of other Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) institutions in India. He has served as the President of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and on several government task forces on housing and urban development. Mr. Munjee has a Masters degree from the London School of Economics, UK and was earlier educated at the Leys School in Cambridge.
Anil Sardana is the Managing Director & CEO of Adani Transmission Limited since 1st May 2018 & recently has got additional responsibility of Adani Power w.e.f. July 2020. Till 30th April 2018, he was the CEO & Managing Director of Tata Power for over seven years. Till 31st January 2011 (beginning August 2007), he was the Managing Director & CEO of Tata Teleservices.
Prior to telecom stint, Anil was Executive Director on the Board of Tata Power. He was also the founding CEO & Managing Director of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL/NDPL) having taken over as founding chief when the company was set up in 2002 to takeover from state owned Discom. Anil is credited with having spearheaded the dramatic turnaround of Tata Power Delhi Distribution, having achieved benchmark performance standards-including world record Reduction of Aggregate Technical and Commercials Losses and making discoverable changes in deliverables to customers. Tata Power Delhi Distribution was also bestowed the prestigious ‘Silver National Award for Meritorious Performance’ for two consecutive years 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 in Power Distribution by the Prime Minister.
Anil spearheaded two major M&A’s namely with NTT DOCOMO of Japan and a reverse equity swap & merger to create most valuable Telecom-Tower Infrastructure company VIOM with the highest tenancy in the industry. Anil led the transition of Tata Tele by launch of very successful Tata DOCOMO & Tata Photon brands. These brands achieved stupendous off take. He also launched several innovative schemes including Pay per-use & per-second billing. Anil has more than 40 years of experience in the infrastructure space, particularly in the Energy and Telecom sectors having managed complex transitions, developments & operations as well as Engineering, Procurement and Construction assignments. He had also worked at NTPC (14 years) and BSES (7 years) prior to joining Tata Group where he spent 18 years. He held Chairman’s position at CII National Committee on Power from 2012 onwards till April 2018, whereafter he is now National Co-Chair on CII’s Infra Council.
Anil holds a degree of Bachelors in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. He also holds a Post-Graduate degree in Cost Accountancy (ICWAI) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management and has attended Top Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He received several recognitions from Indian & International fora’s and was also conferred with “Global Alumni Excellence Award” by his alma-mater Delhi College of Engineering in 2012. Anil did his schooling from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, New Delhi.
Suresh has over thirty years of experience in the social space.
The recent seventeen of those have been in building and leading large-scale operations which deliver solutions to problems faced by marginalized communities, across, farm-based livelihoods, education and health domains.
Much of his work has been in leading teams and building organizational capacities for sustainable social impact at scale. Most of his work has been with the bottom of the pyramid and marginalized communities. He thrives on the challenge of making a difference in their lives.
Suresh has led organisation in cutting edge innovations including Impact Investment, voluntary carbon credit programs, application of machine learning to drive efficiencies and the first development impact bond in India.
Suresh has been in the leadership teams at International Development Enterprises India, Educate Girls and Reliance Foundation. He is an alumnus of the Institute of Rural Management, Anand.
Roger Berman is president and founder of RH Berman Consulting, a supply chain consulting firm that works with both foreign and US clients on strategic supply chain goals and implementation. He is a founder of and principal of Wang Berman Outlet Development Co, LTD—based in Hong Kong.
His prior roles include being president of FARO Textile, a US, Turkish, and Bulgarian joint venture—founder and president of Digital Lava, a digital video communication company—founder and principal of Zaption, an online teaching training software firm that was sold to Workday in 2016.
In 2006 Roger and his wife founded Miraclefeet—a non-profit that works in developing nations to treat children born with clubfoot. From its founding until 2017, Roger was chairman of the Miraclefeet Board of Directors. He received his MBA from NYU and AB from Hamilton College where he served on the Board of Trustees from 2014-2019.

It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. In association with Government of Karnataka, Dr. Shetty pioneered Yeshaswini, a very inexpensive micro health insurance scheme benefitting more than 3.4 million rural poor.
Dr. Shetty is the current Chairman, Board of Governors, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has also served as a Member, Board of Governors of Medical Council of India and Representative of President of India in the Board of Governors of Indira Gandhi National Open University.
A strong advocate of technology for efficient healthcare delivery, Dr.Shetty takes deep interest in creating and developing software products and applications to achieve time and cost efficiency while minimizing clinical errors in healthcare delivery.
Dr. Shetty also has a US Patent registered as inventor
Dr.Shetty is the recipient of several prestigious awards including the Padma Bhushan, Padma Shri, The Economist Innovation Award, Financial Times Arcelor Mittal ‘Boldness in Business’ Award, Nikkei Asia Prize for Economic and Business Innovation. He has also been awarded honorary doctorates from University of Minnesota and IIT Madras.
Dr Shetty is the Founder and Chairman at Narayana Hrudayalaya Group of Hospitals. The group now has 47 healthcare facilities with close to 7,000 beds.
Ashish Bharat Ram took over as Managing Director of SRF Ltd. in January 2007. Under his leadership, SRF Ltd. has grown into a major global conglomerate with operations in 4 countries across India, Thailand, Hungary and South Africa. Today, its businesses cover a diverse portfolio of Fluorochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Packaging Films and Technical Textiles and command a market leadership position, both in India and overseas. The Company has a market capitalization of ~USD 10 billion.
Ashish has been studying the dynamics of family businesses for a while now and regularly speaks on the subject at Indian and global platforms. He has also authored articles on subjects related to India’s economic scenario and entrepreneurship in leading publications. Ashish has been the Regional Chair for South Asia for the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and is an active member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He was conferred the Business Today CEO of the year award in 2020.
He holds a degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from The Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University.
Ashish is a committed golfer and an avid follower of sports. He and his wife live in New Delhi with their two daughters.

Sunil Kant Munjal is one of the founder promoters of the Hero Group, India’s premier automotive manufacturing group that has evolved from being the world’s largest bicycle-maker to the largest two-wheeler maker. He is now the Chairman of Hero Enterprise, with interests in insurance distribution, steel-making, real estate, corporate training and an active Investment Office. The Investment Office has made strategic investments in several areas ranging from e-commerce to hospitality. He also supports start-ups in digital learning, community transportation, healthcare, women empowerment, education, financial services, consumer-facing businesses, etc. The Investment Office runs a portfolio of structured debt, public market investments and private equity investments in India and global markets.
He chairs the board of the Doon School and sits on the boards of the IIM Ahmedabad (IIMA), ISB, and SRCC. He has co-founded BML Munjal University (BMU) and is President of the Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana. He has also served as President of the CII and AIMA; been a member of Prime Minister’s Council on Trade & Industry and was on government taskforces that prepared the ground for India’s banking, financial services and taxation reforms. He was also part of the Labour Reforms Commission and Chaired the Council for Skills.
Mr Munjal has set up the Serendipity Arts Foundation which aims to revive patronage in the arts and make all art-forms accessible to people. He is also the President of the Ludhiana Sanskritik Samagam which supports performing arts across North India. He has also chronicled the incredible saga of Hero's founders in a book- The Making of Hero, which featured amongst India's prominent bestsellers for several months and recently won the Business Book of the Year Award at Tata Literature Live! Festival 2020
Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka was United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Executive Director of UN Women from August 2013 to August 2021. She was sworn into office on 19 August 2013 and brought a wealth of experience and expertise to this position, having devoted her career to issues of human rights, equality and social justice. Ms. Mlambo-Ngcuka had previously worked in government and civil society, and with the private sector, and was actively involved in the struggle to end apartheid in her home country of South Africa.
From 2005 to 2008, she served as Deputy President of South Africa, overseeing programmes to combat poverty and bring the advantages of a growing economy to the poor, with a particular focus on women. Prior to this, she served as Minister of Minerals and Energy from 1999 to 2005 and Deputy Minister in the Department of Trade and Industry from 1996 to 1999. She was a Member of Parliament from 1994 to 1996 as part of South Africa’s first democratic government.
Ms. Mlambo-Ngcuka began her career as a teacher and gained international experience as a coordinator at the World YWCA in Geneva, where she established a global programme for young women. She is the founder of the Umlambo Foundation, which supports leadership and education. A longtime champion of women’s rights, she is affiliated with several organizations devoted to education, women’s empowerment and gender equality.
She completed her PhD in education and technology at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
