Roger Berman is president and founder of RH Berman Consulting, a supply chain consulting firm that works with both foreign and US clients on strategic supply chain goals and implementation. He is a founder of and principal of Wang Berman Outlet Development Co, LTD—based in Hong Kong.
His prior roles include being president of FARO Textile, a US, Turkish, and Bulgarian joint venture—founder and president of Digital Lava, a digital video communication company—founder and principal of Zaption, an online teaching training software firm that was sold to Workday in 2016.
In 2006 Roger and his wife founded Miraclefeet—a non-profit that works in developing nations to treat children born with clubfoot. From its founding until 2017, Roger was chairman of the Miraclefeet Board of Directors. He received his MBA from NYU and AB from Hamilton College where he served on the Board of Trustees from 2014-2019.

Dr. Shetty is the current Chairman, Board of Governors, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has also served as a Member, Board of Governors of Medical Council of India and Representative of President of India in the Board of Governors of Indira Gandhi National Open University.
A strong advocate of technology for efficient healthcare delivery, Dr.Shetty takes deep interest in creating and developing software products and applications to achieve time and cost efficiency while minimizing clinical errors in healthcare delivery.

Dr.Shetty is the recipient of several prestigious awards including the Padma Bhushan, Padma Shri, The Economist Innovation Award, Financial Times Arcelor Mittal ‘Boldness in Business’ Award, Nikkei Asia Prize for Economic and Business Innovation. He has also been awarded honorary doctorates from University of Minnesota and IIT Madras.
Dr Shetty is the Founder and Chairman at Narayana Hrudayalaya Group of Hospitals. The group now has 47 healthcare facilities with close to 7,000 beds.

Anil Sardana is the Managing Director & CEO of Adani Transmission Limited since 1st May 2018 & recently has got additional responsibility of Adani Power w.e.f. July 2020. Till 30th April 2018, he was the CEO & Managing Director of Tata Power for over seven years. Till 31st January 2011 (beginning August 2007), he was the Managing Director & CEO of Tata Teleservices.
Prior to telecom stint, Anil was Executive Director on the Board of Tata Power. He was also the founding CEO & Managing Director of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL/NDPL) having taken over as founding chief when the company was set up in 2002 to takeover from state owned Discom. Anil is credited with having spearheaded the dramatic turnaround of Tata Power Delhi Distribution, having achieved benchmark performance standards-including world record Reduction of Aggregate Technical and Commercials Losses and making discoverable changes in deliverables to customers. Tata Power Delhi Distribution was also bestowed the prestigious ‘Silver National Award for Meritorious Performance’ for two consecutive years 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 in Power Distribution by the Prime Minister.
Anil spearheaded two major M&A’s namely with NTT DOCOMO of Japan and a reverse equity swap & merger to create most valuable Telecom-Tower Infrastructure company VIOM with the highest tenancy in the industry. Anil led the transition of Tata Tele by launch of very successful Tata DOCOMO & Tata Photon brands. These brands achieved stupendous off take. He also launched several innovative schemes including Pay per-use & per-second billing. Anil has more than 40 years of experience in the infrastructure space, particularly in the Energy and Telecom sectors having managed complex transitions, developments & operations as well as Engineering, Procurement and Construction assignments. He had also worked at NTPC (14 years) and BSES (7 years) prior to joining Tata Group where he spent 18 years. He held Chairman’s position at CII National Committee on Power from 2012 onwards till April 2018, whereafter he is now National Co-Chair on CII’s Infra Council.
Anil holds a degree of Bachelors in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. He also holds a Post-Graduate degree in Cost Accountancy (ICWAI) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management and has attended Top Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He received several recognitions from Indian & International fora’s and was also conferred with “Global Alumni Excellence Award” by his alma-mater Delhi College of Engineering in 2012. Anil did his schooling from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, New Delhi.
Sunil Kant Munjal is one of the founder promoters of the Hero Group, India’s premier automotive manufacturing group that has evolved from being the world’s largest bicycle-maker to the largest two-wheeler maker. He is now the Chairman of Hero Enterprise, with interests in insurance distribution, steel-making, real estate, corporate training and an active Investment Office. The Investment Office has made strategic investments in several areas ranging from e-commerce to hospitality. He also supports start-ups in digital learning, community transportation, healthcare, women empowerment, education, financial services, consumer-facing businesses, etc. The Investment Office runs a portfolio of structured debt, public market investments and private equity investments in India and global markets.
He chairs the board of the Doon School and sits on the boards of the IIM Ahmedabad (IIMA), ISB, and SRCC. He has co-founded BML Munjal University (BMU) and is President of the Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana. He has also served as President of the CII and AIMA; been a member of Prime Minister’s Council on Trade & Industry and was on government taskforces that prepared the ground for India’s banking, financial services and taxation reforms. He was also part of the Labour Reforms Commission and Chaired the Council for Skills.
Mr Munjal has set up the Serendipity Arts Foundation which aims to revive patronage in the arts and make all art-forms accessible to people. He is also the President of the Ludhiana Sanskritik Samagam which supports performing arts across North India. He has also chronicled the incredible saga of Hero's founders in a book- The Making of Hero, which featured amongst India's prominent bestsellers for several months and recently won the Business Book of the Year Award at Tata Literature Live! Festival 2020
Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka was United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Executive Director of UN Women from August 2013 to August 2021. She was sworn into office on 19 August 2013 and brought a wealth of experience and expertise to this position, having devoted her career to issues of human rights, equality and social justice. Ms. Mlambo-Ngcuka had previously worked in government and civil society, and with the private sector, and was actively involved in the struggle to end apartheid in her home country of South Africa.
From 2005 to 2008, she served as Deputy President of South Africa, overseeing programmes to combat poverty and bring the advantages of a growing economy to the poor, with a particular focus on women. Prior to this, she served as Minister of Minerals and Energy from 1999 to 2005 and Deputy Minister in the Department of Trade and Industry from 1996 to 1999. She was a Member of Parliament from 1994 to 1996 as part of South Africa’s first democratic government.
Ms. Mlambo-Ngcuka began her career as a teacher and gained international experience as a coordinator at the World YWCA in Geneva, where she established a global programme for young women. She is the founder of the Umlambo Foundation, which supports leadership and education. A longtime champion of women’s rights, she is affiliated with several organizations devoted to education, women’s empowerment and gender equality.
She completed her PhD in education and technology at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
